How Does It Work?
The machine enables the pipes to move along a conveyor system. As the pipes enter the blasting chamber, steel shots or granular materials are propelled at high speed onto their surfaces by turbines positioned at the top and bottom. This ensures that the entire outer surface of the pipe is cleaned evenly. The used abrasive material is collected at the bottom of the chamber, cleaned through recovery systems, and reused.
