How Does It Work?
The machine ensures the movement of materials to be blasted through roller conveyors located at the inlet and outlet. As the parts enter the blasting chamber, steel shots or granular materials are propelled at high speed onto the surface by turbines positioned on both sides. This process ensures that the entire surface of the material is cleaned evenly. The abrasive material is collected at the bottom of the chamber, cleaned through recovery systems, and reused.
