How Does It Work?
The machine moves the materials to be blasted with the help of roller conveyors located at the inlet and outlet. As the parts enter the blasting chamber, steel shots or granular materials are propelled at high speed onto their surfaces by turbines positioned at the top and bottom. This process ensures that the entire surface of the material is cleaned evenly. The abrasive material is collected at the bottom of the chamber, cleaned through recovery systems, and reused.
